For corporate orders that require gifts to be sent to multiple delivery addresses, a bulk order form will need to be completed and emailed to our corporate sales team.
To add branded ribbon or gift tags to your order please contact our corporate sales team who will assist you.
I want to send corporate gifts to multiple delivery addresses, can I do this at the checkout?
We are able to deliver corporate gifts to multiple addresses, however our online checkout does not currently offer this option.
In order to have your corporate order delivered to multiple delivery addresses, you will need to complete one of our bulk order forms and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org

Can I add my company logo to ribbons and gift tags for my corporate order?
Yes, of course. Corporate branded gift tags can be added to all our gifts. Branded ribbon can be added to our gift hampers only. At this time, branded ribbons and gift card cannot be ordered online.

Why can't I find the gifts I want to order on the bulk order form?
As we warehouse thousands of gifts it is not possible to include them all on our bulk order form.
We have added our most popular corporate gifts but if you cannot find the items you would like to order please contact a member of our corporate sales team who will be happy to assist you.
I'm a corporate customer, can I order custom hampers?
Yes, for our corporate customers we are happy to work with you to create a custom hamper to suit your needs. Please keep in mind that a minimum quantity of 100 hampers applies.
I want to place a large corporate order, how can I check that the stock is available?
We hold large stock levels of our gift hampers and wine gift packs to ensure we are able to fill large orders within a few days. This is one of the benefits of producing all our hampers and gift packs in-house.
We do not hold all gift items in large quantities. It is advisable to contact us as early as possible to check on stock levels to avoid disappointment. It may be possible for us to order stock from one of our suppliers for you.

What is a Corporate Gifting Platform & how does it work?
The Gifts Australia Corporate Gifting Platform allows you to host your very own personalised gifting site that is perfect for gifting clients, staff or customers.
Our team can create a dedicated web address featuring your logo and personalised message and a range of products you would like your recipients to choose from.
Once your site has been created, we issue vouchers containing unique codes. You distribute these vouchers to your recipeints, and they access your personalised gifting platform and choose the gift to be delivered. Vouchers can be printed, emailed to you or emailed directly to your recipients. It's that simple.

How much does a Corporate Gifting Platform cost?
We proudly offer our Corporate Gifting Platform free for customers with over 250 gift recipients. For those with less than 250 recipients a $500 annual fee applies.
How many recipients do I need to have for a Corporate Gifting Platform?
Our Corporate Gifting Platform has no minimum number of recipients, however if you have more than 250 recipients, the annual $500 annual fee will be waived.
When will my recipients receive their gifts?
Gifts will be dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney on the next business day after the order is placed.

For your peace of mind, all of our deliveries are sent with Australia Post.
How am I invoiced for a Corporate Gifting Platform?
You will be invoiced within the first week of the month for all voucher codes that have been redeemed in the previous month. This will include lost or stolen vouchers that have been redeemed. Gifting Platform invoices have 14 day terms.
Itemised reports to show who has redeemed the voucher code and the gift item they have selected can be provided.
What if my recipients need assistance?
As part of our corporate gifting platform, our caring customer service team is available by phone Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
If your recipients should have any questions regarding product selection and delivery, our customer service team will be there to help and can also be contacted by email or live chat via our website.
